Covid Recovery

Done my first bit of post-covid exercise last night with a brisk 3 mile walk. Felt fine this morning, and couldn't help myself with a quick weight training session at lunch - no real volume, but high intensity with some heavy singles for the deadlift (180kg) and bench press (95kg). Basic idea was to just push it till it felt heavy. Ended up at ~93% of my PRs for both - think I had a little bit more in me, but I'll take those for a win today. Excited at getting back at it for real on Monday, again keeping the volume lower but with decent intensity, for maybe the first week or two.

It's been ~2wks since getting infected - the vaccines are fricken amazing, and I'll be first in line for the booster!
